Problem
The Government of Montserrat makes use of mytenders.co.uk to allow bidders to respond to their tenders. A locally developed and maintained system would give the government greater flexibility and control of the process.

Solution
A functional and responsive web application which allows GOM procurement staff to make tenders, notices, and other docuements available to the public. The application is also a portal where persons can apply for bids and upload their relevant documents.
